High Achieving Women

Stressed Office Woman

You've done everything right. So why does it feel like you're barely holding on?

The promotions, the perfect-on-paper life, the version of yourself everyone else relies on: at some point, achievement stopped feeling like progress and started feeling like a performance you can't put down. Therapy for the woman who has it together for everyone except herself.

From the outside, you have it all together. Inside, you're barely keeping up.

Nothing's technically wrong. You're still showing up, still delivering, still the one who has her life figured out. But you're running on a kind of tired that a vacation won't fix, and you can't remember the last time you felt like yourself instead of just capable.

You hold everyone else together. Who's holding you?

You're the one people call when things fall apart — at work, in your family, with your friends. You're good in a crisis. But somewhere along the way, "fine" became your only setting, and nobody's checking whether you actually are.

You hit every goal. So why do you still feel like a fraud?

The degree, the title, the seat at the table: you earned all of it, and somehow it never quite lands. There's always a next thing to prove. If checking boxes hasn't made the feeling go away, the problem was never the boxes.

What We Do

How We Do It

My private pay rate is $300/hr for couples and $250/hr for individuals.  I supply a superbill document for insurance reimbursement.

We start with a biopsychosocial assessment which covers your history. I want to know who you are and what you've been through before we get to what's going on in the present.

We set our treatment goals - these guide the direction of our work and we are always making improvements towards them. Then we get underneath the high-functioning exterior to what's actually driving it: perfectionism, conditional self-worth, the belief that slowing down means falling behind. From there, we build a version of success that doesn't require burning yourself out to sustain it.

Sessions are real conversations: direct, practical, and occasionally a bit nerdy. You'll leave with actual tools, not just insight. Think of it less like traditional therapy and more like an audit of the standards you're holding yourself to. You get homework. We meet frequently at first and then less frequently as we improve.

"Vito is very empathic, thoughtful, and wants to explore what the core of the issue is along with providing a multitude of solutions that are both within your comfort zone and something more ambitious. Without his guidance, I would not have been as willing to move forward with my life."

-N.C.
